How to Request Access to SOAPP Data

If you are interested in exploring the SOAPP data to see if it would be useful for a project, you can request access to an interactive table generation tool. Please send an e-mail to with a brief statement of why you want access. You will then be able to explore specific dimensions of the data, although some small cell counts will be shown as "<10" instead of exact numbers.

If you find that the SOAPP dataset is suitable for a project, you may request a more complete dataset or an opportunity to collaborate with the SOAPP team by submitting a proposal. The proposal must conform to ECOG's Data Sharing Policy. Details of this policy are available on request.
